The Hollywood Archive Educational Use and Non-Profit Program allows non-profit organizations or agencies doing pro bono work on behalf of a non-profit organization to license Hollywood Archive images at a greatly reduced rate of up to 50% (and up to 20 per year per organization). These images can be used to chronicle their own stories and promote their objectives. Images may be used for books, brochures, invitations, exhibits, display, documentary films, and many other projects providing proper 3rd party permissions (if necessary) are obtained.
Educational Institutions, Non-profit organizations-or advertising, design, or PR agencies doing pro-bono projects-may submit requests for their projects or to discuss their project and image needs. Qualification of all requests for this program is solely at the discretion of the Hollywood Archive.
